Combining over 15 years of experience with a passion for tech and an attention to detail, Andrew is perfectly placed to help navigate business owners through the challenges of growth and overseas expansion.

Natalie Hewson (nee Ma)

Director
Natalie is a trusted business leader, with over 19 years of finance and business experience advising organisations and private family groups. With her background in big 4 accounting firms combined with her entrepreneurial nature & strong business acumen, Natalie is respected as an industry expert. She possesses a unique ability to break down even the most complex problems to provide clear & accurate advice & solutions.
As a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, along with a master’s degree in taxation law from UNSW Australia, she is highly regarded in the tax profession across Australia.
Outside the office, don’t be surprised if you run into Natalie at conferences or hear her speaking on podcasts or seminars, she is a regular speaker in the industry for various bodies and a passionate advocate for her profession, and women in business

Nicholas pursued the FMA dream because he truly believes in providing expertise of the highest quality in a boutique setting to ensure his advice is personalised to each client.
With a broad range of training and experiences – including in ASX top 50 and top 10 accounting firms, running a real business and an economics background – Nicholas lives and breathes strategy. He thrives on leading small to medium enterprises and family groups through their unique challenges, representing as a strategic advisor to the board.
