Business Services Manager

Image joining a firm where trust is real, access is open, and your voice carries weight. Where you work directly with Partners and Clients, take ownership of outcomes, and see the impact of your work every day. You’ll be challenged by complex, engaging client projects, collaborating closely with key decision makers, and help shape not just what we deliver, but how we deliver it.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager in either our Sydney CBD or Cronulla office to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in leading our team and shaping how we deliver our services.

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of private business clients, business owners and family groups, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Proactively identify client needs and deliver timely, practical business and tax advice, ensuring clients feel supported, valued and well looked after.

  • Manage client expectations, scope, deliverables and timelines to ensure consistent service quality and strong commercial outcomes.

  • Preparation and oversight of monthly management reports, CFO board packs, and annual statutory financial statements.

  • Providing support across due diligence engagements, budgeting and forecasting, and transactional advice

  • Deliver end‑to‑end tax compliance and advisory services across income tax, BAS and FBT with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Interpret and apply tax and commercial legislation to client circumstances, translating technical issues into clear and practical outcomes.

  • Exposure to the full breadth of business services, working holistically rather than within a narrow specialty

  • Mentor and develop junior team members through review, coaching and knowledge sharing.

  • Coordinate workflow and job management to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and maintain consistent quality standards.

  • Contribute ideas and drive continuous improvement in how Business Services work is delivered.
