Business Support Coordinator

Business Support Coordinator

Do you want to build strong business and administrative skills while working closely with senior leaders in a supportive, people-focused firm? At FMA Partners, you will be part of a collaborative team culture that values contribution, growth and connection with opportunities to contribute to marketing, events and business operations, not just admin tasks.

We are seeking a full-time Business Support Coordinator to join our Business Operations Team, based on site at our Cronulla head office. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a central role in the daily operations of the firm, providing trusted support to Partners, internal stakeholders and clients, and helping create a professional and welcoming office environment.

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring meeting spaces are well presented

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, including phone, front-of-house support and day-to-day management of shared mailboxes

  • Assist in diary coordination, meeting scheduling and inbox management for Partners

  • Coordinating facilities, suppliers and general office operations

  • Providing administration and document management support across the firm

  • Preparing correspondence, client documentation and meeting materials

  • Supporting Partners and pitching in across the Business Operations Team to support shared workloads during busy periods

  • Organising end-to-end travel arrangements for the team, including flights, accommodation, transport and itinerary coordination

  • Supporting internal projects, events and client functions

  • Contributing to marketing activities such as social media, EDMs and blog content

Your Role at FMA Partners

About You?

  • At least two years’ experience in an administration or support role

  • Experience in professional services is desirable but not essential

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Proactive, curious and willing to learn

  • Calm, adaptable and able to anticipate needs

  • High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality

  • Join a firm that genuinely values its people and takes pride in supporting long-term careers, not just filling roles

  • Work closely with senior leadership and receive hands-on mentoring and guidance

  • Gain exposure to the day-to-day running of a professional services business, beyond traditional administration

  • Develop skills across business operations, marketing, events and internal projects

  • Be part of a collaborative, inclusive team that values connection, trust and high standards

  • Enjoy regular strategy days, annual retreats and our “Vibe & Thrive” initiatives focused on wellbeing and team culture

  • Be trusted with responsibility, encouraged to contribute ideas, and supported to grow as your capability develops
