Corporate Compliance Services & ASIC Review Fees

Whilst the most visible part of the annual ASIC compliance process is the payment of the ASIC annual review fee, our role extends far beyond this. We act as your registered ASIC agent and help ensure your company remains compliant with its obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC requirements throughout the year.

What our service includes

As your ASIC Registered Agent, we:

  • maintain your company's ASIC records and corporate profile

  • review and process annual ASIC company statements

  • prepare annual solvency resolutions for director approval

  • monitor annual review obligations and key compliance dates

  • provide ASIC invoice reminders to help avoid late payment penalties

  • receive and manage ASIC correspondence on your behalf

  • maintain secure corporate records and historical ASIC documentation

  • provide access to our digital platform for efficient document execution and record management

  • act as a point of contact for ASIC compliance matters

This service helps reduce the administrative burden on directors while minimising the risk of missed deadlines, late fees and compliance issues.

The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) also requires every company to maintain a registered office at a physical street address in Australia. This address is publicly available on ASIC registers and must be capable of receiving documents during business hours

FMA offers Registered Office Address services for companies that require a professional registered office or where owners do not want to use their home address.

For clients who utilise our registered office service, we also:

  • provide a compliant registered office address as required by ASIC

  • receive statutory notices, legal notices, ASIC correspondence and other formal communications addressed to the company

  • monitor and promptly forward important regulatory correspondence to the appropriate contacts

  • maintain registered office records in accordance with regulatory requirements

2027 Financial Year - ASIC Fees

In line with the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), ASIC increases its fees each year from 1 July.

The schedule of annual review and late payment fees effective from 1 July 2026 is as follows. You will notice that GST does not apply to ASIC fees.

For the complete and most up-to-date list of fees, visit ASIC’s official pages.

ASIC late payment fees can be significant. Our service helps ensure company statements, key deadlines and regulatory correspondence are monitored and managed on your behalf.

Companies also have the option to pay their annual review fee 10 years in advance at a discounted rate and will avoid future fee increases during the 10-year period.

Get in touch with our office if you are interested in taking advantage of the discounted prepayment or would like to understand more about our Corporate Compliance Services.
