FMA Partners has been a trusted name in accounting and advisory for over 45 years, built on a foundation of long-standing client relationships and consistent, sustainable growth. While we’re proud of our history, a new generation of dynamic leadership is driving a clear strategic vision and elevating the firm into a modern advisory practice focused on delivering high-quality, personalised solutions for complex clients.

We’ve invested in building a strong, collaborative team culture, bringing together people with diverse skill sets who want to do meaningful work and grow in their careers. At the same time, we’re embracing cutting-edge technology to build systems that streamline how we operate and elevate the way we deliver value to clients. We work with large private groups, Australian businesses, entrepreneur led companies, and high net worth family groups with complex investment structures with turnovers up to $200m. The result is a stable, established firm with the energy, ambition and direction of a business that is going somewhere.

With this strategy now in place, the firm is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a result, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant in either our Sydney CBD or Cronulla office who enjoys hands‑on work, client interaction, and being a trusted part of the delivery team.
